These knives are designed to impress at the dinner table. They are slim, elegant cutting tools, but masculine at the same time. As an early customer once said, “the cows never stood a chance.”
Like nearly all of my work, the blades of these knives are made of hand forged high carbon steel. They will rust if you leave them wet for too long, but if you wash and dry them after each use you’ll find that these are heirloom quality tools that will long outlast any of us.
