Description
Blade: 10″ raindrop damascus steel
Handle: 5.5″ nickel silver, G10, and 35,000-year-old swamp kauri
The 10″ blade on this chef’s knife features one of my favorite damascus patterns, called raindrop for obvious reasons. Believe it or not–and this was entirely accidental–the steel actually spells out “MOM” about 1/3 of the way back from the tip, toward the spine of the knife. The handle is made from 35,000-year-old swamp kauri from New Zealand.
