Description
Blade: 10.125″ high carbon damascus steel
Handle: 5″ damascus, pure silver, curly koa
I found inspiration for this dagger in the arsenal of the famous Hessian Landskecht mercenaries of the Middle Ages. The 10″ blade features a stout cross section and armor piercing point typical to the period, and my own extremely complex damascus steel. I carved the handle fittings out of solid damascus as well, and the fluted grip is stabilized curly koa wood with twisted pure silver wire inlay.
